Refund Policy

At Design By Shalini, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

A return shipping label, and
Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is:

Return the product you have.

Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation or return window, regardless of the reason. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without justification.

As with standard returns, the item must be:

In its original condition,
Unworn or unused,
With tags, and in its original packaging,
Along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
